Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in German for airline reservation inquiries.
- Assist customers with making, changing, and canceling flight reservations.
- Offer information on flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document interactions accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure speedy resolution of inquiries.
- Stay informed about airline policies and industry updates to effectively assist customers.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
