Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Beauty & Skincare Products Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a passionate Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Beauty & Skincare Products Department. In this vibrant role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries about our range of beauty and skincare products.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you assist customers with product information, order inquiries, and any concerns they may have. By offering personalized recommendations and outstanding service, you will contribute to creating a positive experience for our clients as they explore our beauty offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch regarding beauty and skincare products via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with product selection, order status, and returns
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on promotions and new product launches
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance product offerings and service delivery
  • Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge and improve service skills
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry, is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Genuine passion for beauty and skincare products, with a desire to help customers find the right solutions
  • Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
