French Speaking Customer Service for Smart Home Technology Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Smart Home Technology Department. In this innovative Junior role, you will provide outstanding support to our French-speaking customers, helping them navigate and optimize their smart home devices and technologies.

Your fluency in French will be instrumental in addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on our smart home products. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring that users fully enjoy the benefits of their smart home solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology
  • Assist customers with installation, setup, and troubleshooting of smart home devices
  • Explain product features and functionality to enhance user understanding and experience
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues promptly
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in smart home technology to provide informed advice
  • Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and troubleshooting abilities
  • Prior experience in customer service, especially in technology or smart home products, is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Passion for technology and helping customers maximize their smart home experiences
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
