In this dynamic Entry Level role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and assistance regarding their gaming and sports inquiries. Your expertise will ensure that our customers enjoy a seamless experience while interacting with our services.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to gaming and sports services
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide detailed information on gaming and sports events and services
- Gather client feedback to improve service delivery and customer experience
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on our products and services
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or sports industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
