Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Streaming TV & Movie Services Department for one of our clients! In this key Entry Level role, you will be the go-to support person for our German-speaking clients, providing them with exceptional assistance as they navigate our streaming services and explore a wide array of TV shows and movies.

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and customer service. You will play a critical role in enhancing the viewing experience for our users by promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with account management, streaming issues, and service features
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Provide users with information on new content and features
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve our services
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and policies
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the streaming or entertainment sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and technologies
