Responsibilities Meritage Homes is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to participate in the implementation of division marketing support, includingServe as the primary marketing resource for the Marketing Manager and as the secondary marketing contact for the divisionSupport the Marketing Manager in planning marketing efforts to include incentive promotions and agent outreachCoordinate the development and execution of all marketing collateral and campaign materials; ensure adherence to brand standardsManage content on our division, community and listings websitesPerform ongoing website audits and ensure content is accurate and up-to-dateAssist with digital marketing initiatives (i.e., create and distribute eblasts and flyers, create and submit digital marketing requests, create social media content, etc.)Assist in the new community opening process (planning, execution, follow-up)Support divisional, regional and national marketing initiatives including special projects as requestedAssist the Marketing Manager in tracking expenses for project marketing, model furniture and monthly advertising budgetsResponsible for departmental administrative tasks including vendor set-up, invoice coding/processing/tracking and expense report preparation#earlycareerQualificationsBachelor's degree in related field1 + year of work experience in marketing fieldHomebuilding Industry experience preferredRequires the ability to deal effectively with internal customers and make decisions in a high-volume fast-paced work environmentProficient in Microsoft Office to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Adobe PhotoshopDetailed editing and proofing skills required as well as high motivation with proven judgment to plan and accomplish goals and meet deadlinesMUST be able to work in a changing, challenging, and fast-paced environmentAttendance may be required at some weekend and evening eventsOverview Are you looking for an incredible career opportunity?
