At Modern Family Dentistry, we have a team of dental experts to help our patients achieve the best in oral health by being dedicated to patient-centered care. We are delighted to provide our patients with care and attention that helps them feel at ease. Our doctors and staff are unwavering in their commitment to bring our patients the best dental care.

Responsibilities

As a Patient Coordinator, you play an important role in our office and  perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:

  • Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
  • Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
  • Answer phones

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
