Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager at Millennium, you will be responsible for leadership, resource and project management, expertise sharing, and quality control. Responsibilities include fostering teamwork, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring procedural efficiency. They will support sales efforts, provide project updates, and make strategic decisions. The role emphasizes project management, training, performance assessments, and driving increased productivity, timely project completion, and financial target achievement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  •  Encourage collaboration and teamwork
  •  Monitor progress, address efficiency issues, and adjust assignments as needed
  •  Review KPIs, performance metrics, and project milestones
  •  Provide mentorship, guidance, and resolve team issues
  •  Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
  •  Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  •  Proactively identify and mitigate risks
  •  Make strategic decisions to address challenges and seize opportunities
  •  Recognize and reward outstanding performance
  •  Train team members on Engineering Services and relevant tools
  •  Assign tasks and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and profitability
  •  Address roadblocks, adjust staffing, and maintain project profitability
  •  Conduct status meetings, reviews, and L10 meetings
  •  Update project plans, schedules, and monitor equipment usage
  •  Recommend improvements in tools, technologies, and processes
  •  Collaborate with cross-departmentally to solve complex problems
  •  Lead or participate in meetings, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions
  •  Generate monthly reports on project status, performance, and key metrics
  •  Share insights and recommendations with management
  •  Monitor and improve quality assurance processes
  •  Ensure data integrity, security, and manage backups and audits
  •  Schedule and manage training sessions or workshops
  •  Review individual development goals
