Role 🎨

As Growth Marketer, you’ll literally transform and save lives by becoming an expert in our client journey, uncovering the biggest levers in the acquisition funnel, and prioritizing and implementing the highest impact experiments to improve funnel performance. 


• Strategy: Pinpoint the highest-impact levers across the client journey, craft a prioritized roadmap of high-conviction experiments, and align cross-functional teams to bring it to life.

• Conversion Engine: Launch and optimize tests across key touchpoints (e.g., landing pages, candidate survey, sales flow, checkout) to increase conversion from start survey to net purchase.

• Viral Growth: Collaborate with Product to launch sticky features and growth loops that turn healing into a habit, driving exponential engagement, organic referrals, and lasting retention.

• Narrative Power: Partner with Design to craft beautiful assets and stories that elevate our brand, deepening emotional resonance, and turning clients into advocates

• New Channels: Uncover and unleash new growth channels, then pressure-test them fast to find what scales

Given Mindbloom’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further, note that Mindbloom has minimal hierarchy and titles, but the scope of the role and compensation will be reflective of your level.  The estimated annual salary range for this role is $100,000 - $165,000 USD. The actual base salary may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, and on market data changes. Total compensation for this role may vary depending on equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and benefits elected.
