About The Job• As our first Revenue Development Representative on the ground in the US, you will work closely with our GM and the go-to-market team to build a qualified pipeline and establish the foundation for a best-in-class & efficient funnel at MistralResponsibilitiesPipeline Generation from Inbound Marketing Sources, Product Qualified Leads and Channel leads:• Effectively qualify incoming Marketing Qualified Leads & Product Qualified Leads leveraging strict qualification criteria leveraging multi-channel tactics (call, emails, social)• Work closely with your Enterprise and Mid Market Account Executives to hand-off• Qualified Sales Leads and create an exceptional customer experience• Build, deploy and improve highly effective persona-based cadences to nurture prospects across levels and drive conversions• Attach prospects needs to a Mistral solution that meets their needs at a high level and ignite interest• Confidently handle objections across all methods of communication (emails, cold calls, social) to drive conversion• Consistently schedule qualified meetings to achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly goals using multi-channel and multi-touch prospecting cadences and tactics (emails, phone, Linkedin)Pipeline Generation from Outbound:• Build effective account plans for target accounts leveraging research, understanding of key uses cases & verticals as well as signal from open source downloads in partnership with your account executives• Identify existing and new contacts to prospect into in line with our uses cases and buyer personasFunnel Management & Optimization:• Consistently leverage CRM to track meetings and qualification• Insure strong data hygiene in CRM• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on Ideal Customer Profile, Personas, Use Cases and Prospect Requirements to Marketing/Product functions in order to continuously improve positioning and campaigns effectiveness• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to Revenue Operations to improve funnel conversions (including Lead scoring)• Effectively leverage technology to automate individualized nurturingAbout you :• 2+ years of Sales Development experience both managing outbound and inbound funnels to generate pipeline in complex technical environments (eg AI, Data, Enterprise Infrastructure): experience with open-source and PLG models a plus• Driven and motivated to build a career in sales in a best-in-class environmentAs the first RDR on the ground in the US you will need to be a fast learner and autonomous• Excellent communication skills across multiple levels including asking great qualification questions, impactful elevator pitch and introduction to solutions, ability to close for a next step.
