We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the CityBee & MyBee IT team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and fixing minor bugs in production 
  • Acting as third-level support and escalating issues to developers when necessary 
  • Continuously monitoring system performance to detect potential issues 
  • Performing in-depth data analysis to assess the scope and impact of bugs or problems 
  • Gathering and presenting technical data to support business decisions. 
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of system architecture and data connections 
  • Providing technical support during releases and deploying new code versions to production using CI/CD tools. 
  • Motivated to improve technical skills and learn new areas of expertise 
  • Skilled at understanding complex connections and their broader implications 
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with GIT
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, background services, and microservices 
  • Basic proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably .NET or Angular, is preferred 
  • Understanding of monitoring and logging concepts 
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Monthly salary: 

  • 1500 – 2500 EUR gross. A specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies.
