As part of our philosophy centered on wellness, you will assist our residents with daily activities outlined in their care plans, including personal care, meal support, and social engagement. Your role is vital in maintaining their dignity, comfort, and safety as part of a supportive community. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all assigned residents are well-groomed, safe, and receiving the care they need during each shift. Beyond just caregiving, you’ll also have the opportunity to document the care provided and report any changes in resident conditions to your supervisor. If you’re a Certified Nursing Assistant with a passion for enhancing the quality of life for the elderly—preferably with experience in dementia care—this role is crafted for you.
