Sr Product Operations Manager - Enterprise Software

Motive is looking for a talented Senior Product Operations Manager to identify and execute opportunities for product growth, process improvement, and automation. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive company growth.

Skills

Data analysis and manipulation using SQL or other tools
Experience in driving projects end-to-end and creating synergies across organizations
Effective collaboration skills with remote/offshore teams

Responsibilities

Define and build processes for product development tailored to Enterprise customers
Drive continuous improvement in engagement models between teams
Ensure alignment on key objectives with functional partners
Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan and project-manage implementation
Track core business metrics and advocate for key insights to advise product improvements
Enhance organizational processes to sustain team's internal capacity
