Sr Product Operations Manager - Enterprise Software
Motive is looking for a talented Senior Product Operations Manager to identify and execute opportunities for product growth, process improvement, and automation. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive company growth.
Skills
- Data analysis and manipulation using SQL or other tools
- Experience in driving projects end-to-end and creating synergies across organizations
- Effective collaboration skills with remote/offshore teams
Responsibilities
- Define and build processes for product development tailored to Enterprise customers
- Drive continuous improvement in engagement models between teams
- Ensure alignment on key objectives with functional partners
- Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan and project-manage implementation
- Track core business metrics and advocate for key insights to advise product improvements
- Enhance organizational processes to sustain team's internal capacity
