Position Summary
The Technical Coordinator-Laboratory is responsible for providing assistance to the section supervisor and/or manager for the technical, quality and operational oversight within assigned areas of responsibility in the Laboratory assuring that patient care needs are met in accordance with physician orders, established policies and procedures in an environment that facilitates optimal, cost efficient patient care delivery. This position provides indirect oversight to technical and non-technical staff and works closely with the section supervisor and/or manager including assistance with the day-to-day operations of assigned areas, ensuring the availability and appropriate utilization of needed human and material resources. It supports collaboration between the technical and clerical staff, nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes.Requirements

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $86,944.00 - $125,091.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
