Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
Coordinate and manage a small team of porters to ensure efficient service operations.
Operate an iPad to schedule appointments, update customer information, and manage service records.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to our diverse clientele.
Provide information about our services, answer customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless service experience.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Proficient in using an iPad and other digital tools.
Strong organizational and team coordination skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
