About The Role
The Agency Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role within our in-house creative agency, responsible for delivering creative and strategic excellence through the successful execution of creative projects to the wider business. This role centers around the ability to take briefs, ask the right questions, align expectations, brief creatives and maintain focus on delivering outstanding work. They are the driving force that steers projects from briefing to delivery. A central aspect of this role involves adept stakeholder management, encompassing coordination with creative resources, operations, marketers, and the broader business.
About You
- Previous project management/account management experience in marketing, agency, comms-based role desirable (2-3 years minimum)
- Proven experience in dealing with creative projects, prioritisation, and managing stakeholders
- Proficiency is using workflow tools and appreciation of the creative process
What You'll Do
- Managing and planning creative projects from briefing to completion
- Monitoring project progress, across multiple projects and provide project updates
- Interpretation of the brief – aligning on the ask, goals, and expectations
- Clarity and agreement on timeline, budget and output
- Central point of contact for project stakeholders
- Double checking all project deliverables for accuracy and striving for creative and production excellence
- Inputting accurate data into workflow tool (Asana) which allows timely and accurate agency reporting
