Main Purpose of the Role


Welocalize is looking for an English into Hebrew freelance linguist, for translation, copy-editing and transcreation with experience in the field of Marketing and Product related documents for an ongoing translation and proofreading project for a leading multinational technology company. The project will include fields such as online advertising technologies, cloud computing, marketing products and more.


This is an on-going freelance and remote position with an expected monthly volume of 20.000 words. Expected volume capacity 5k words.


Project Details

Location: Israel, Remote

Expected Volume: 20.000 words per month

Employment Type: Freelance/Independent Contract

Task type: Translation, Copy-editing, Transcreation

Content types: Informational, Legal, Marketing, Product, Support

CAT Tool: client specific CAT tool, full certification provided by Welocalize


Preference will be given to candidates who fulfill the following requirements:
  • Minimum one year experience translating and reviewing content in the specified subject matter areas or verticals: Translation, Copy-editing and transcreation
  • Experience using CAT tools
  • Translation degree or, if other degree, 2 years of translation experience or, if no degree, 5 years of translation experience
