N2O is a Brand Experience agency. We manage all in-store and out-of-store sampling events and demonstrations for Tesco, Boots and Superdrug, working directly with supplier brands (such as Mondelēz, Coca-Cola and Unilever) to deliver live brand experiences.
The focus of the role will be to deliver large-scale live brand experience campaigns both at store level and out-of-home. You will be responsible for leading the project management and production of campaigns through creation, planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation.
You will be the main point of contact day-to-day for suppliers and clients, ensuring the campaigns are run efficiently and effectively. You will be based in our Maidenhead offices, with visits to the site for planning and implementation purposes, N2O's warehouses for logistics and of course at the activation itself, representing all Campaign Management teams and the client.
Essential Accountabilities include:
Work with the Campaign team, Creative Department and suppliers to respond to client briefs and establish a clear project plan for the campaign in relation to build and production.
Contribute to client budgets and monitor budget performance to ensure company margins are achievable (hard costs and time budgets).
Create tailored timelines for projects and track throughout, flagging delays to the Campaign and Creative teams
Assist in writing coherent briefs for relevant internal departments, including Creative, Design, Content, Technical and Production to ensure clear instructions are shared with teams.
Develop plans of action for build implementation based on the creative vision which includes allocation of the correct production house based on build requirements.
Identify and coordinate all relevant internal resources that need to contribute to the planning, specification, creation and delivery of the campaign.
Create and maintain a detailed scope of work for production elements that sets out the agreed tasks and deliverables for N2O and suppliers.
Oversee large-scale special events where multiple logistical and creative components are key and ensure the smooth running and communication between Creative and Campaign teams.
Manage Suppliers and Crew who will be on-site at events, managing the delivery of the event - ensuring that schedules are adhered to, suppliers are signed off, paperwork is complete etc
Be on top of housekeeping. Document progress, keep files up to date and ensure everyone has access to the latest versions or any working documents.
A degree or relevant creative higher level of academic qualification OR evidence of relevant work experience will be acceptable.
Excellent written and spoken English skills to write strong campaign reports, training documents and internal and external emails, and to deliver solid presentations.
Strong project management experience with ability to work across multiple fast-moving projects with multiple suppliers.
At least 2 years' successful professional experience in a similar, Campaign / Account Management / Production role.
Have a background in agency - experiential, live events and working with FMCG brands.
Proven client relationship development skills.
Experience in managing and developing people.
Awareness of the retail environment, specifically FMCG.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build good working relationships
High level of IT literacy including the ability to analyse data, use spreadsheets and produce reports. (Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Teams).
Flexible, able to to attend sites nationwide and work unsociable hours with time in lieu / overtime provided
