As a project Technical Consultant, we would need you to provide technical assurance & oversight to help us deliver our solutions into live operational service for our suite of products across our entire customer portfolio. Educated to HND/HNC level or relevant industry experience with a number of years proven experience in a comparable role/s.

Your responsibilities will span building, commissioning, and upgrading our cutting-edge products, including NEC SWS DSX and Vision & ControlWorks. Your knack for troubleshooting, especially within IT-focused server and client-based environments, will shine as you tackle both hardware and software challenges. You'll also get the chance to update critical engineering documentation and present solutions to both internal teams and customers. Working autonomously, you will manage your tasks with high standards while also being a key player within our collaborative team. Ideally, you would possess relevant technical qualifications and experience, alongside your exceptional customer service skills.
