We are seeking an experienced and driven Employee Experience (EX) Solution Strategist to join our team and focus on developing and launching Employee Experience solutions for Fullstory.
In this role, you will represent Fullstory as a thought leader in the employee experience space, driving the adoption and successful implementation of Fullstory within organizations to enhance their digital workplace environments. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, working with partners and acting as a trusted SME to our customers.
In a typical day, you might:
Drive Fullstory's growth in the employee experience market by developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including market analysis, target audience identification, and compelling messaging that resonates with key decision-makers.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, partnerships, marketing, and sales) to ensure seamless solution launches, ongoing product development aligned with customer needs, and achievement of shared business objectives.
Identify and capitalize on high-potential opportunities within Fullstory's existing customer base and target new accounts through data-driven propensity analysis, proactive outreach, relationship building, and effective pipeline management.
Define and execute winning sales and deployment strategies that encompass developing customized proposals, delivering persuasive presentations, negotiating enterprise-level deals, and consistently exceeding revenue targets to expand Fullstory's market share.
In terms of customer lifecycle, this role acts as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across various departments (IT, HR, etc.) to understand their unique employee experience challenges and demonstrate the value of Fullstory in addressing them.
50%-60% of this role will be spent client facing, solution selling and in pre / post sale support.
40%-50% of the role will involved supporting marketing, product development and enablement
Here’s what we’re looking for:
8+ years of experience in a strategic employee experience role, ideally involving employee experience or digital workplace solutions.
Strong understanding of the employee experience landscape, including key challenges, trends, and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Willingness and ability to work in a quota-carrying sales and renewals role
Proven track record of success interacting with customers in a pre / post sales capacity.
The impact you will have in 6 Months:
Identify top opportunities across existing customer base for expansions
Refine market positioning and messaging for use in new and expansion opportunities
Cultivate existing demand into new sales.
The impact you will have in 12 Months:
Assess current implementations for verifiable results, that can be turned into re-runnable plays.
Close new deals, and cultivate testimonials from existing customers using the solution.
