Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting
- Develop a pipeline of candidates
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify talent
- Maintain job posts and assist in standardizing job descriptions
- Coordinate with practice leads and the recruiting team
Education
- BA/BS preferred
