West Coast Account Executive

ABOUT NEXTPATIENT PRODUCT

Phone calls, faxing, long waits in a crowded waiting room -- going to the doctor can feel like a trip to the DMV. We improve the patient experience by giving doctors a single platform that provides online scheduling, patient intake, text-to-pay, smart appointment reminders and two-way texting. Practices using NextPatient can see more patients, provide a better patient experience, and reduce their front office work.

WHO IS NEXTPATIENT?

Patients demand a modern, consumer experience when interacting with their doctor. Booking an appointment online is a key deciding factor when a patient picks a new doctor. When medical practices offer online scheduling and other digital communications, new patients are won and existing patients remain happy. Virtually every medical practice has staffing issues which creates a very high call volume. Despite this, most medical practice still use the phone as a primary means of patient appointment scheduling and communications. This puts an undue burden on the operations team and creates a frustrating patient experience. NextPatient solves this.

NextPatient is a SaaS company that serves specialty medical practices like Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, MedSpa, Ophthalmology and others. Key services include online scheduling, appointment reminders, post-visit surveys, digital check-in and payments. Our technology is differentiated with best-in-class API integrations into Practice Management systems. This allows for real-time and bi-directional data transfer between patients and the practice. Our team drives results for clients in three main value buckets: patient friendly digital experience (booking/texting) and, for the practice, less phone calls and more new patient ‘conversions’ from their website. This cross section of value propositions creates great selling conditions. Our company is bootstrapped and profitable. For this reason, we have a high degree of business stability and employee retention.
