ABOUT THIS JOB
This position is to develop and implement Global Category and sub-category strategies in collaboration with SVP Procurement, CTO and his Direct Reports and business stakeholders. This position will plan and lead global category initiatives. It will ensure a robust approach to supplier management, establish value creation targets and supplier performance, develop innovation programs, manage supplier risks and conduct regular business reviews. This position will lead proactive sourcing projects, specification definition and demand management and will manage supplier performance and innovation activities.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $126,500 - $180,500. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
