Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales person or Account Manager, who has prior experience generating revenue from existing or new clients. The Client Business Partner at Retailer Services combines an excellent knowledge of the FMCG industry and a deep understanding of NIQ products and services. You will be responsible for aligning key customer priorities and insights back to NIQ’s capabilities, identifying & converting opportunities to deepen commercial relationships and drive additional revenue and growth. 

You will be responsible for owning the commercial relationship with Retailer clients, delivering revenue plans by negotiating the renewal of continuous services whilst identifying opportunities to meet growth targets. You will develop effective relationships between individuals and teams both internally and at clients, to provide best in class NielsenIQ / client commercial partnerships. 

You'll devise a strategic approach for developing a group of clients through agile and flexible solutions that deliver value to our clients in a profitable way. 

You’ll have the opportunity to learn the above listed responsibilities with the long-term support of a Retail Vertical team. 

In this role the selected person will: 

  • Be responsible for owning the commercial relationship with Retailer clients, delivering revenue plans by negotiating the renewal of continuous services whilst identifying opportunities to meet growth targets 

  • Be able to successfully maintain existing developed relationships and develop effective new relationships between individuals and teams at the clients. Clients are from all types of different FMCG streams, specifically Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Discounters, Traditional trade, Petrol Stations, drug chains, FMCG online sellers and others.  

  • Be representative of NIQ brand, top of the class agency, by attending and participating at internal and external conferences, congresses 

  • We are looking for someone who is ready to drive positive change, is self sufficient, is able to lead and manage projects, work effectively individually as well as a part of a team and is able to challenge wider business process and be fully driven by achieving success with the support of the wider industry team. 

 
Requirements: 

  • Experience selling enterprise based solutions 

  • A proven ability to generate business across a portfolio of existing clients 

  • An understanding of the issues facing FMCG retailers 

  • Fluency in business English and Slovak or Czech language  

  • Bratislava is preffered place of work however Prague is also available
