Business development manager (Partnerships) - Tesonet Accelerator

Nord Security is one of those products, or to be more precise - a product family that grew and matured into the advanced cybersecurity tools of today inside the Tesonet accelerator environment.


However, Tesonet is no longer building a top-notch cybersecurity solution itself. Tesonet is an Accelerator now helping to grow various businesses.


Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Proactively identify and pursue new leads through strategic sales pipelines to secure sponsorships, advertising deals, and partnership opportunities that drive revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and comply with organizational policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Žalgiris and London Lions marketing, sales, and operations teams to integrate partnership initiatives seamlessly into the team's activities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the success of partnerships, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Business Expansion: Travel to the UK (on demand) to identify and secure new business opportunities, attend events, meet with potential partners, and represent the team in professional settings.


Core Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably within the sports industry.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of the sports market, sponsorship landscapes, and brand alignment strategies.


Salary
  • Gross salary from 2480 EUR/month. Specific compensation is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
