The Patient Care Technician’s primary function is to assist and support the Professional Registered Nurse in all aspects of direct and indirect patient care activities. The Patient Care Technician functions as a member of the unit staff under the direction and supervision of the professional Registered Nurse.

As a Patient Care Technician in the General Medicine Unit 13W at Northwestern Medicine, you will be stepping into a pivotal role that emphasizes quality patient care.
