We are on our way to accomplishing this mission by rewiring the financial industry with better credit infrastructure, analytics, and workflows, enabling more people to access credit opportunities. Our cross-border credit product, Credit Passport®, cash flow underwriting product, Cash Atlas™, and income verification product, Income Navigator, are trusted by leading organizations like American Express, Verizon, HSBC, SoFi, Scotiabank, and Yardi to help them reach valuable new applicants from traditionally credit excluded populations. With support from investors Canapi Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, General Catalyst, and Index Ventures, as well as industry veterans from Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Citi, Nova Credit is revolutionizing the way lending is done. We were recently named Forbes' Best Startup Employers 2024 and Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies 2024.

As a key member of our Go-to-Market team, you'll drive growth across Nova Credit's tenant screening partnerships through two essential functions. You'll serve as the strategic advisor and technical expert for property management software partners integrating our solutions, ensuring seamless product adoption and client success. Additionally, you'll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to expand our channel network and maximize distribution through targeted partner marketing initiatives.

You'll own a portfolio of high-impact property management software partnerships while identifying and securing new strategic partners over time. Success in this role requires a unique blend of account management expertise, sales enablement savvy, and marketing instincts. We're seeking a proactive leader who can spot growth opportunities across the partner ecosystem and collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to bring solutions to life.

This is a full-time role with 10% travel to Nova Credit offices (New York and San Francisco) and client sites. Work location is flexible within the contiguous US.

Nova Credit offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment where you can meaningfully impact the lives of people historically excluded from the credit system. We value diversity, intellectual honesty, and innovation and are committed to supporting our team members' professional growth and development. If you're passionate about leveraging technology to drive financial inclusion, we want to hear from you!

WITHIN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL
  • Understand Nova Credit’s value, business model, and products
  • Familiarize yourself with existing partners in tenant screening and the partnership team’s quarterly and annual goals
  • Support broader partnership initiatives by preparing development materials

WITHIN THE FIRST QUARTER, YOU'LL
  • Support a portfolio of strategic partners in tenant screening; serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day operations and increase usage of Nova Credit’s products
  • Review and analyze partnership fundamentals and identify operational gaps and revenue opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop partner marketing strategies

WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR, YOU'LL
  • Fully own key partnerships, acting as the primary manager externally and internally
  • Lead initiatives that generate significant revenue growth across partner portfolio
  • Stay current on relevant market changes that might impact our approach to partnerships
  • Drive cross-functional discussion and decision-making on partnership initiatives to ensure strategy is in sync with company and product strategies

YOUR SKILLSET
  • 6-8 years of experience in partnerships or account management
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, property management, tenant screening, and data industries (B2B2C even better!)
  • Track record of significant revenue growth at channel partner accounts
  • Ability to handle day-to-day partner operations while making progress on a broader partner strategy
  • Demonstrated cross-functional communication skills and relationship-building experience, especially with product and engineering partners
  • Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau) with the ability to query databases, analyze account metrics, and create meaningful visualizations. Advanced expertise is not required, but you must be comfortable translating data into actionable business insights
  • Experience with consumer-permissioned data is a plus!
