We are seeking a hands on Chief Product Officer who will play a key role in the growth of our company and shape the future of our vertical AI offerings. You will engage with customers, envision compelling customer experiences, define product strategy and drive the execution on the roadmap for our product. You will thrive in this role if you are adept at forming strong partnerships with cross functional stakeholders, driving clarity in the face of ambiguity and delivering initiatives that support product adoption and pipeline growth.
You will report directly to the President of the company in a hands on capacity. This is an Individual Contributor role on the Executive Tea
In this role, you will: - Deeply understand the needs of the customers and analyze the market to identify opportunities to drive retention, expansion and continued growth.
- Create comprehensive product roadmaps that outline the development and release schedule of new features and improvements.
- Develop detailed product specifications that clearly define the requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for each feature.
- Champion building differentiated products with analytical rigor to deliver high impact for customers.
- Own the product vision, drive clarity in ambiguous situations, create efficient processes and guide the team through rapid hypotheses testing and pivots.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, among others to facilitate product initiatives, thought leadership and timely delivery.
What we consider critical for the role: - 10+ years of product management experience
- Track record of scaling and delivering impactful end-to-end products with analytical rigor at a high growth SaaS company, passionate about working on retail tech products.
- A dynamic hands on leader who assesses the potential of emerging market trends and technologies, their implications and combines it with deep empathy for customers to drive innovation.
- Skilled in translating business strategy into clear roadmaps with a bias to action, experimentation mindset, efficient ways of working and cares about top-notch execution.
- Excels at communication, collaboration and effectiveness within the company culture to articulate the product vision, build customer relationships and inspire the team.
