Tradeshow Coordinator

Robbins Recruiting Solutions has partnered with a with a leading retail merchandising solutions company who is continuously innovative with creative approaches to meet customers’ needs. 


The Tradeshow Coordinator is responsible for the company's product presentation at trade shows as well as their Houston showroom. In addition, this individual supports the Product Management team in the day-to-day operations including product testing, competitive research as well as the creation of training materials.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Tradeshow & Customer Showroom:
  • Implement a comprehensive tradeshow strategy aligned with company’s brand identity and goals 
  • Manage all aspects of tradeshow participation, including budget, booth design, staffing, and logistics
  • Own booth layout for product presentation and ensure correct components are ordered and installed
  • Maintain Houston Showroom including up to date product and messaging
  • Support customer meetings in Houston Showroom

  • Product Management Support:
  • Assist in product testing and competitive research
  • Support the creation of product training materials
  • Support pricing analysis
  • Support commercialization process by assisting in pricing analysis, researching unique value propositions and collaborating with stakeholders to determine packaging needs 
  • Assist with the development of installation instructions and maintenance requirements. 


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Event Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and project management skills, balancing priorities and multiple deliverables
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills 
  • Technical background and industry experience is a plus.
