The Role – HR Business Partnering Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HRBP Manager with day-to-day diver handling, engagement, diver reviews, grievance handling etc..
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and business units to foster strong working relationships.
  • Analyze workforce metrics and provide insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
  • Facilitate organizational change by supporting leadership through change management processes.
  • Participate in the development and execution of talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions on various HR topics to enhance staff capabilities.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a high degree of initiative and self-direction.
