Job DescriptionEisnerAmper is seeking a Workday Compensation Analyst to facilitate our compensation process and support all compensation functions and services. The role will report into the HR Operations and Total Rewards Managing Director. The role is responsible for participating in the development, implementation and administration of EisnerAmper’s compensation programs designed and delivered in Workday.In this role, you'll support our global compensation programs by providing analysis, insights, and modeling to enhance plan design. We're seeking someone analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at working in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in improving our compensation processes and helping us scale effectively for the future.What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:• You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry• You will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance• You will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awards• We believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions• We understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation• Showing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work• Numerous Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) effortsWhat Work You Will be Responsible For:• Contribute to the development and administration of all compensation policies, programs, and objectives aligning with EisnerAmper’s strategy• Participate in the annual compensation process including merit, promotions, market adjustments and bonuses• Partner with Workday analysts on all aspects of the Workday compensation requirements and configuration• Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure compensation alignment for all outgoing offers• Monitor and maintain the integrity of compensation-related data in the HCM (Workday) platform.• Assist on special projects including the development of new compensation programs, policies and related matters as required• Conducts research that supports the design and development of compensation programs, including detailed literature, survey, or Internet sourcing• Participate in market pricing studies, using published surveys, proxies and other empirical data sources, and perform subsequent data analysis• Create reports to model financial impact of compensation plans• Conduct benchmarking to develop job families and pay targets, supporting job architecture and business growth• Research and administer Federal and state laws, such as the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and state- and local-level pay transparency laws, to ensure that compensation programs are up-to-date and compliant.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience• 5+ years of compensation experience• 5 + of Workday Compensation Module experience• Hands on experience with the compensation module in Workday is a mustPreferred/Desired Qualifications:• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create complex models• Experience with base pay/variable pay programs, prorations and compensation strategies• Familiarity with published surveys and/or market data platforms• Proven strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize information and data from a variety of sources.• Knowledge of compensation-related laws and regulations.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• CCP or other HR certification a plusWe strongly believe in the value of diversity and creating supportive, inclusive environments where our colleagues can succeed.
