Manager, Operational Excellence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and sustain an operational excellence framework to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

  • Conduct detailed analyses of operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions.

  • Monitor project progress, measure outcomes, and report results to senior management, making recommendations for strategic improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
