Job Description

 

Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a motivated and passionate  Food Runner | Trick Rider (Full Time) to join our team.  Omni Frisco PGA Resort will provide north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 new food and beverage outlets, an extravagant spa and a full entertainment district. Featuring two championship 18-hole golf courses along with a third short course, we will provide incredible options for our guests and local community for dining, events, and entertainment. 

  

This team member will maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by insuring quick, efficient, and professional completion of busser duties.    

   

 

Responsibilities

  • Servicing all guests in the dining room in every way possible, ensuring the best possible experience in hopes that they will return
  • To comply with attendance and punctuality standards.
  • To comply with uniform standards.
  • To properly set up entire restaurant.
  • To have complete understanding of bussing standards.
  • To have a complete understanding of the menu.
  • To deliver food and beverage accurately to tables and in a timely manner.
  • Needs to be able and willing to learn to utilize table numbers and seat numbers to deliver food.
  • Be friendly and helpful with all guests. Use surnames whenever possible.
  • To comply with food handling standards.
  • Run food to all sections of the restaurant and bar.
  • Communicate to guests whenever needed.
  • Able to (after being trained) explain food to guests when serving.
  • Able and willing to learn proper table service.
  • Able to communicate to FOH and Kitchen Team
  • Willing to learn basic knowledge about food preferences and allergies.
  • Team player who wants to be the best
  • To complete all assigned duties before checking out and clocking out.
  • Inspecting and manicuring one’s station in the restaurant to ensure that it is immaculate in both cleanliness and presentation.
  • Station set-up and breakdown/side-work.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous bussing experience at fine dining establishment preferred.
  • Great customer service skills required.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must have valid TABC and Food Handlers certification.
