Senior Executive - Supply Chain (Order Management & Custom)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Key player of supply chain functions including daily SCM operation, fulfilment of deliveries, preparation of sales and finance related reports, preparation of logistics budget, perform monthly/quarterly physical inventory count, inventory reconciliation and executes inventory-related transactions in ERP system
  • Responsible for vendor management, including review and assessment of vendor's compliance & qualification, contract review and negotiation, appraisal of vendor's performance, work with 3PL to review and implement transport and warehouse operations optimization.
  • Analyze data and use it to identify market trends and make recommendations for improving delivery lead time, improving accuracy on product demand prediction, achieve cost reduction, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excessive surplus. Assist in monitoring and improving the workflow of each part of the supply chain.
  • Participate in S&OP business meetings to arrive at consensus business plan by managing different points of view from various stakeholders and execute action plans. Conducts and participates in monthly/ yearly internal and external audits at the warehouse and reports to Supply Chain Manager.
  • Manage the process of product registration & market access approval in designated country(s) proactively to allow “as early as possible” product registration and necessary contacts with local authorities and organizations for regulatory compliance problem solving.
  • All activities related to the QA/RA review, approval, escalation, impact-analysis, problem-solving and risk mitigating process of OHS-G New Product Launch Process initiatives and manage the changes to existing products initiated by different parties like OHQ, WP, Business Partners or Authority Agencies. Participate in and/or support various multi-functional teams and projects to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements for the designated sales areas.
  • Operationally manage and control the activities related to the development, maintenance, continuous improvement, simplification and compliance of the OHS-G Quality Management System(s)


  • Degree in Supply Chain & related field
  • Ability to prioritize workload, make systematic and logical decisions under pressure
  • Good knowledge of import/export documentation and regulation 
  • Knowledge of warehouse management system
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words, Excel, Pivot Table)
  • Good analytical and sound problem solving skills
  • Good team player
