We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster lasting relationships with clients. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and managing projects to ensure successful implementation. This is a part-time, remote, commission-only sales role, with the goal of growing into a full-time salary + commission role as the firm grows. This role is for someone who is looking to build a career with us and willing to work hard to earn their seat at the table. The goal of this role will be to grow into a full-time salary + commission role within the first year and to promote into a VP of Growth role within the first two years.
