Responsibilities
- Lead the SOX compliance program, including risk assessments and control design
- Partner with IT teams to monitor IT General Controls
- Work closely with external auditors for effective testing of controls
- Navigate deficiency mitigation efforts and presentation to auditors
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and oversee internal audit engagements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- One or more relevant professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA
