Job DescriptionIt is an exciting time to join the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and NetSuite HR Team! As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will report directly to the Senior HR Manager on the HR Solutions Team. You will directly impact the business, the HR organization, and the broader company. You will be responsible for the evolution of a scalable performance management and employee relations approach. You will be required to actively manage the day-to-day coaching and consultation on performance management and employee relations cases. You will be expected to lead with data driven insights. You will be responsible for identifying, resolving and managing workplace issues while supporting active leadership engagement and ensuring compliance with Oracle policies, values, and guidelines. You will be required to influence without direct authority and collaboratively partner with critical stakeholders to facilitate increased capacity and consistency.Career Level - IC4ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide coaching and consultation to managers and business leaders on employee issues, including but not limited to low performance, employee relations, policy violations, and investigations in compliance with Oracle policies, values, and guidelines- Partner with necessary stakeholders to execute the performance management plan and approach to ensure active manager engagement- Build trusted advisor relationships with the business, within the HR team and with the broader HR organization- Apply HR management principles and knowledge to establish rapport, trust, confidence, and credibility with highly sensitive and confidential information- Proactively create and analyze data to identify trends- Create solutions to increase manager capabilities and enable business needs and objectives- Increase manager capability as it relates to performance management and employee relations initiatives- Build reciprocal relationships with different parts of the business, partners, and customers- Design, implement, and support enhancements to the performance management and employee relations experience in a scalable and consistent approach- Empower others to take ownership of problems, make effective decisions and recognize the broad, systematic implications- Manage high levels of ambiguity effectively and support the resolution of complex problems that cross organizational boundaries- Create an environment of personal accountability and ownership for problem-solving while securing commitments for change initiatives and addressing any concerns- Mentor teammates across the organization to support the organizational and business needs- Other duties as assignedCANDIDATE PROFILE:- 10+ years of Human Resources experience in a business partnering capacity with an emphasis on employee relations and performance management- Proven ability in coaching, influencing without authority, employee relations, performance management and building strong business acumen- Background reflecting strong tenure and career progression within a complex, global organization- Strong program management ownership and ability to manage and communicate complex, fast paced projects with multiple stakeholders- Ability to lead with data driven decision making, driving use of analytics, relevant reporting mechanisms and proper communication- Ability to provide insights and analytics using Excel (pivot tables, xlookup, charts, etc.) and effectively communicate insights in support of HR business initiatives- Must be self-directed and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment; Ability to work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions- Excellent interpersonal skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective problem-solving ability- Ability to travel as required- Experience working in large global corporation, "High Tech" Industry will be a plusDisclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range: from $96,000 to $199,500 per annum. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.- 11 paid holidays- Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year.
