About the role:

We're seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our founders in a fast-paced startup environment. In this critical role, you'll be directly supporting both the CEO & CTO, ensuring seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and strategic support that enables our executives to focus on driving the company's vision and growth. NOTE: This is a contract-to-hire position, with the potential to transition to a full-time role after a 2-month contract.

In this role you will:

  • Triage emails, running through executives’ day to day, prioritizing emails and meetings

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for CEO and CTO

  • Prepare comprehensive meeting materials, including:

    • Creating calendar invites

    • Developing agenda outlines

    • Preparing slide deck templates

  • Manage pre-read and follow-up communications

  • Complex calendar management across multiple time zones

  • Manage travel coordination

  • Expense report management

  • Assist with presentations and other administrative tasks

  • Support People & Operations Program Manager in employee engagement activities

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level leadership at a startup or tech company

  • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area, willing to come in office on our anchor days, Monday, Thursday, Friday

  • Be available from 8am - 4pm, plus occasional after hours based on business needs

  • Proven track record of supporting high-level executives

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

  • Proficient in: Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Superhuman, Asana, 1Password, Microsoft Suite
