Product Manager, Affiliate

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Crypto Affiliate Product Manager to drive the growth and success of our affiliate program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the affiliate product and system, with a strong focus on creating a competitive edge in the market. You will design and implement innovative affiliate strategies to attract Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other affiliates, driving platform growth and increasing user acquisition. Your work will include overseeing the affiliate system's infrastructure, including CRM tools, and ensuring that daily performance metrics—such as user activity, acquisition, revenue, and commissions—are tracked and optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the affiliate product, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Design and implement an affiliate system, including CRM capabilities, to monitor daily activity, user acquisition, and revenue.
  • Build tools and dashboards for real-time tracking of affiliate performance, including commissions and payouts.
