In this full-time role, you'll work from Thursday to Sunday, from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. Your main responsibilities will involve scheduling and coordinating a variety of services, managing vital data related to our Residents, Partners, and Providers, and assisting with billing and invoicing. You'll also engage in administrative tasks that support the effective operations of our leadership team, maintain office supplies, and ensure the physical appearance of the office is inviting. We’re looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, who can efficiently multitask, manage confidential information, and adapt to our fast-paced environment. With a high school diploma or higher education and previous office experience, you’ll be well-prepared to thrive in this position.
