About the role:

We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Senior Operations Manager to join our dynamic senior leadership team. This critical role will serve as the cornerstone of our operational strategy, driving excellence, innovation, and scalability across the organization. As a key member of our executive team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our company, implementing cutting-edge processes and systems that will propel us to new heights of success.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the strategic and operational leader within our senior leadership team. Partner and collaborate directly with the COO and other executive leaders.

  • Collaborate with other executives to align operations with overall business goals.

  • Drive process adherence and efficiencies across all operational departments

  • Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the rapidly changing needs of the organization, including the ability to context switch and support projects in different domain areas

  • Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, leveraging technical and analytical skills

  • Draft and review executive-level communications, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate project updates and strategic initiatives

  • Manage and grow company operations, including both delivery and back-office teams.

  • Optimize team structure and design and execute new infrastructure, systems, processes and workflows to support scalability. 

  • Ensure the daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. 

  • Support and mentor team members to foster their professional growth and improve team performance.

Requirements: 

  • Must have experience at a professional service agency/firm.

  • 3+ years of operations experience within high-growth, scaling environments. 

  • Strong background in systems analysis and organizational design.

  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams working remotely in multiple locations. 

  • Experience managing high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with automation and no-code tools.

  • Strong background with Airtable or similar platforms.

  • Startup experience or personal entrepreneurship.
