We are dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace, streamlining operations, and ensuring our teams have the support they need to drive innovation and success.The RoleOutrider is seeking a highly organized and proactive People Ops Coordinator to join our fast paced team. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and helping us maintain a vibrant and efficient work environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about HR, enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, and is eager to contribute to a growing company. You will manage a variety of People Ops tasks, ranging from administrative duties to supporting our employee engagement and talent acquisition efforts.Duties And Responsibilities• Talent Acquisition Support: Coordinate interview schedules, assist with job postings, and maintain candidate communication.• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, handle HR documentation, and assist with benefits administration.• Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition.• Immigration: Facilitate the immigration process for our new hires and employees.• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline People Ops processes and contribute to the development of new initiatives.Required Qualifications• 1-2 years of experience in an HR or People Operations role.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.• Familiarity with HRIS systems and general HR practices.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.Ideal Qualifications• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Familiarity with payroll software and benefits administration.• Experience coordinating employee engagement initiatives.• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.• Passion for people and creating an inclusive workplace culture.Compensation & Benefits• Hourly Wage: $25.00 - $30.00• Equity: equity package commensurate on experience and skills• Benefits: Full health benefits• Hybrid (2-3 days on-site)• Actual compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor
