Operations Associate (Remote)

Owl Labs is seeking an Operations Associate that wants to gain exposure to and experience in an operations role. The ideal candidate will have experience with supply chain management and 3PLs, as well as the confidence and drive to solve problems in a rapidly changing environment. Must be hands-on, a results-oriented team player, excellent communicator, and able to work autonomously.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage the end to end process for Amazon Vendor Central including inventory management, purchase order acceptance, ASN submissions, chargebacks, and invoicing
• Coordinate logistics to keep shipments moving smoothly across all global locations
• Optimize and own SOPs and workflows to keep inventory and logistics moving forward smoothly
• Implement continuous logistics improvements to how hardware is delivered into the hands of customers
• Collaborate with customer support, customer success, and sales with operational requests
• Assist in making strategic decisions on improving the efficiency of current business systems

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree 
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Superior organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to learn and execute new tasks
• Ability to work well under pressure
