• Flexible working - We are guided by our client work and needs; however, you have autonomy to manage your time and diary to suit your work/life balance.
• Flexible working - We operate in a hybrid working environment where we come into a client site or office, at least 2-3 days per week.
• This role will be aligned to our London office based in Victoria.

Our Growth Strategy team are looking for exceptional Strategy Consultants. Operating at the leading edge of consulting, we are market leaders in developing actionable strategies that achieve the fastest path to impact. This includes:

• Enterprise Strategy: We help clients develop long-term business /organisational strategies (private and public sector) to better enable them to deliver against their objectives, including optimising resource distribution and crafting targeted mergers and acquisition agendas
• Growth Strategy: We help client better understand market dynamics and create demand-driven strategies that identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
• Sustainability: We work with clients to develop credible and targeted approaches to improve sustainability by providing environment, social and economic prosperity

We operate across a number of industry sectors, providing deep contextual insight and fresh perspectives to our clients. We are growing our teams in London and Bristol, recruiting talented team members from a range of backgrounds and experience levels into our consulting ranked roles.

You will have opportunity to:

• Lead in the development and execution of the latest strategic thinking and have a thirst for insight and problem solving
• Work with CX-level clients across many sectors to develop and implement strategies to create value and transform their organisations
• Join a people-oriented team of experienced co-workers and are growing, inquisitive, who help business leaders across many sectors create a lasting impact on their organisations.
• Collaborate with clients across a diverse range of industry sectors, making it essential that you demonstrate an interest in engaging with various industries.

We are hiring consultants with at least three years of relevant professional experience in either a consulting role or in industry who are natural problem-solvers and constantly curious.  Essential attributes that we are looking for includes:

• Proactivity and strategic thinking, demonstrating experience in logic structure, issue tree analysis and innovation thought across a wide range of industries
• Analytically minded and demonstrated ability and competency across different analytical skills and frameworks, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Client-orientated, able to develop client relationships and understand their challenges – with the opportunity to present your recommendations to leaders
• Able to simplify complexity, drawn from experience in either a consulting house or a commercial role within industry
• Insightful and creative, with integrity, drive and interpersonal skills and a genuine affinity for problem solving
• Open-minded and committed to inclusion of others and diversity of thought and background
• Able to work independently as the day-to-day client point of contact on assignments
