Rather than matching salaries for each role across the organization, our goal is to offer similar standards of living for the same level of work, no matter where you live.

On top of your salary, we believe in directly rewarding you for your hard work through a twice-annual performance bonus. We also review salaries every year (and more often with consistently outstanding work!), with a goal of keeping our long-standing team as fairly compensated as our new hires.

Salary and Location

The manager for this position is based out of North Macedonia, and the rest of our paid social team is based out of Europe. For a North American candidate, we are offering a salary of $60-90k based on experience.

What you'll do as Paid Social Manager:

• Research, implement and optimize paid social efforts, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other social channels.
• Consistently generate new experiments to improve paid social efforts
• Build and optimize clients’ entire funnels with a thorough understanding of LTV and CAC, not just the initial acquisition of new customers/users.
• Work closely with the founders and company executives to understand the clients’ overall marketing strategy.
• Report on core metrics of every account with the ability to analyze performance and identify challenges and opportunities.
• Complete paid social audits.
• Monitor and enhance customer/user acquisition and activation performance.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Expert knowledge of Facebook, and the dynamics of social channels in general
• Extensive understanding of the digital advertising space, not just Facebook
• Expert knowledge and direct hands-on experience with paid social platforms.
• Proficient with Facebook reporting and analytical tools.
• Experience managing data feeds
• Proactivity and ownership of improving the performance metric for your client
• Ability to effectively communicate with other team members
