Growth Specialist (Interns, Junior Associates)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in Pan India, employing various outreach techniques to generate interest in Substance's offerings.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, understanding their recruitment needs and how Substance can best serve them.
  • Market Trends Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions in Pan India to make strategic recommendations for service offerings.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute actionable sales strategies to drive business development efforts and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and maximize lead generation opportunities.
  • Reporting and Insights: Analyze performance metrics and generate reports that provide insights into lead management and sales performance for continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

We seek individuals who are passionate about driving business growth and building meaningful client relationships in the Pan India markets.

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, particularly within Pan India
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving successful client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse business cultures.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in using data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
