Key Responsibilities
- Provide responsive support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical problems with electronic devices and guide customers to effective solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve satisfaction.
- Stay knowledgeable about product features and updates to offer the best support.
- Follow company protocols and quality standards to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- No prior experience required; however, experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electronics and willingness to learn more.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with computer systems and customer support software is desirable.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
