Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to public transport services, schedules, and ticketing.

  • Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in training sessions to stay informed about public transport policies and best practices.
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and helping the community.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
