Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients via various communication platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, return processes, and product information.
- Resolve issues quickly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for record-keeping and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve overall customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about products and best customer service practices.
- Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken) is a must. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
