Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding music streaming services, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the customer support process and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay knowledgeable about the latest music trends and platform features.
- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong passion for music and understanding of streaming platforms.
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not required.
